When you use AutoBridge — for example when completing a vehicle insurance transition at a dealership, requesting insurance quotes, or using our Vehicle Acquisition features — we may collect:

• Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Vehicle information such as year, make, model, VIN and mileage, and documents you choose to upload (for example an insurance card or driver’s license image).
• Insurance-related answers you provide, such as current coverage, driving history, home-ownership and bundle interest.
• Account and team information for dealership and insurance partner users, including role and organization details.
• Basic technical data such as device, browser and usage activity logs.

We use the information we collect only to:

• Facilitate the authorized vehicle insurance transition between you, your dealership and insurance providers you or your dealership select.
• Deliver quote requests to the insurance agents you choose to contact.
• Operate dealership tools such as vehicle acquisition searches and tracking.
• Send service communications you have requested or opted into, such as transaction status alerts by email or SMS.
• Maintain security, audit records and the integrity of the platform.

AutoBridge is a third-party technology platform. We are not an insurance company, agency or underwriter, and we do not make coverage or underwriting decisions.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you opt in to receive text messages from AutoBridge, your consent and phone number are used only to deliver the service messages you signed up for. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Information you provide is shared only with the dealership and insurance partner(s) involved in your transaction, and with service providers that help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls so that each dealership and agency can only see its own records. Partner users are bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.

AutoBridge is built on security-focused cloud infrastructure and uses encryption, private document storage, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, audit logging, and controlled data retention. These controls are designed to help protect sensitive customer information. AutoBridge’s security program is subject to ongoing review and improvement. AutoBridge uses selected AWS security services and infrastructure, including encrypted storage, identity controls, audit logging, and monitored access.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your dealership or AutoBridge support. Some records may be retained where required for legal, audit or security purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
