AutoBridge is a secure third-party technology platform that facilitates authorized requests, verification and document exchange between customers, dealerships and insurance providers. AutoBridge is not an insurance company, agency or underwriter and does not make coverage or underwriting decisions. Any insurance policy, quote or coverage decision is solely between you and the insurance provider.

• Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
• Use the platform only for lawful, legitimate vehicle insurance transitions.
• Not copy, reverse-engineer or replicate the AutoBridge platform, its workflows or its proprietary processes.

If you opt in to receive text messages from AutoBridge, you agree to the following SMS terms:

• You may receive service and transaction-related text messages from AutoBridge, such as status updates on a vehicle insurance transition you initiated.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are determined by your mobile carrier.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help or contact your dealership.
• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Dealership subscriptions are billed per dealership location (rooftop) and consist of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription fee, each disclosed at checkout before any charge is made. The monthly fee renews automatically on the billing date shown at checkout using the card you authorize, until you cancel. To cancel future renewals, contact AutoBridge before the next billing date; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund amounts already paid.

All sales are final. No refunds. Setup fees, monthly subscription charges and any other amounts paid are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused access, except where a refund is required by law.

AutoBridge, LLC owns all right, title and interest in the AutoBridge platform, its workflows, processes and associated intellectual property, including the proprietary vehicle-insurance transition process disclosed in U.S. Provisional Patent Application Nos. 64/150,943 and 64/156,796. You may not use the platform to develop a competing product or service.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, nor for decisions made by insurance providers or dealerships.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which AutoBridge, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
